Yes, I agree that the best way to relax after a stressful day is by watching television for these following reasons. The first reason is that it is an easy way to relieve stress after a very hard day. You don't need any money to ah, relax or you don't have to move around a lot. After a hard day's work. I don't really like to move around or do exercise, I just want to relax and stay still. And the second reason is that you can relax without much effort. When you are relaxing while watching television, you can eat snacks or spend time watching television with your friends chatting. And you can also sit down or lie down. So, you have very many choices when you relieve stress by watching television. It really doesn't have any limitations of some sort.
