영어일기 '20.7.21

코로나 이후로 경제가 많이 안좋아졌는데, 부동산 가격은 멈출줄 모르고 상승 중이다.

우리 집도 1년 사이에 매수했을 때 가격보다 30%정도 오른 것 같다. 

정부에서 집값 잡겠다고 수많은 정책들을 내보내는데 부작용만 더 심해지고 있다. 

이로인해 대통령 지지율도 많이 떨어지고 정부에 대한 국민 신뢰도 많이 떨어졌다. 

여당이 바뀌기 전까지는 이런 추세가 계속 갈 것 같은데...

정말 집 한채라도 사놓길 정말 잘했다. 만약 안샀더라면...생각만해도 끔찍하다.

 

The economy has deteriorated Since Covid-19 But, real estate price is continuously rising.

==> The economy has been declining since the pandemic.

I think My house prices is likely to increase more 30% than I bought it just in a year.

==> Real estate value of my house has increased more than 30% compared to the original price when I bought.

The goverment has trying to stop increasing the house prices. Even though they made a lot of policies for realestimate, the side effects is getting worse.  => The negative side is getting worse.

Eventually, The president's approval rate has fallen. And The goverment has gotten to lose their trust by citizens.

I guess This trend will continue until the ruling party changes...

I think I did well to buy a house. If I didn't buy it....I don't even like thinking about it.

==> I was lucky to buy a house right before the real estate increased in value. It was fortunate that I was able to buy a house. What if I didin't buy a house?
